Ingredients

  • 8 frozen chicken tenders
  • Garlic – ½ teaspoon (powdered)
  • Paprika – ½ teaspoon (powder)
  • Onion – ½ teaspoon (powder)
  • black pepper – ½ teaspoon (ground)
  • Lime juice – ½
  • Olive oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon

Instructions

  • Remove the thighs from the freezer and place them in a freezer bag. Pour in the spices and mix, then add the lime juice and olive oil and mix again.
  • 2 frozen chicken breasts (about 6 oz each) -> 2 tablespoons dried parsley,2 teaspoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon lime juice, sugar, paprika powder; salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the chicken in the bag, tie a knot on it, and knead it until the marinade is evenly distributed. Allow it to rest for 15 mins at room temperature.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  • Spread the chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry for five minutes at 390°F (200°C). Then turn the chicken over and cook for another five minutes.
  • Continue to cook for another 10 minutes after the chicken is finished. If not, add another minute and check again; do this until the chicken is fully cooked.
